At HTA Gifts Ltd, we take pride in the quality of our rugs and bedding sets, and every item is thoroughly checked before it leaves our hands. While issues are rare, we understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right — and we’re here to make returns and refunds as simple and stress-free as possible.

Our Returns Promise

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made or personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds – How It Works

If you’re eligible for a refund, here’s how the process works:

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal, debit/credit card).

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–9 working days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email from our team once your refund has been initiated.

Please note: Some banks or payment platforms may take up to 15 working days to reflect the refund in your account.

When Can I Claim a Refund?

You’re eligible for a full refund if:

You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, colour, or pattern).

Your item arrived damaged or faulty (please include photos when contacting us).

There was a mistake on our end during the order process.

In all the above cases, we’ll happily cover return shipping and issue your refund as swiftly as possible.

Exchange Policy

Need a different colour or size? Changed your mind about the pattern? We’re happy to help with exchanges.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Exchanges are only accepted if the received item differs from the product listing or has a legitimate issue.

If the exchange is not due to an error on our part, the customer will cover return and redelivery shipping costs.

You must provide a valid tracking number once you’ve sent the item back, so we can monitor the return.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bedding sets that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging

Customised or made-to-order items

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll confirm the outcome and process your refund or exchange.
