We accept returns for U.S. customers within 30 days of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items for a refund or exchange under the conditions below.

Return window & eligibility

  • Return period: 30 calendar days from the date your tracking shows “Delivered.”
  • Item condition: Unused, in original packaging (including accessories/manuals/tags). Please take reasonable care to avoid damage in transit.
  • Non‑returnable items: Perishables; personalized/engraved items; digital downloads; intimate or sanitary goods once unsealed; gift cards; items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Wrong/defective items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or prepaid return label.

How to start a return (RMA)

  1. Email support@htagiftsltd.com with subject “Return Request – Order #HTA‑XXXX”.
  2. Include: order number, item(s), reason, and photos if applicable.
  3. We will reply within 1–2 business days with your RMA number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA may be delayed.

Return shipping costs

  • Customer‑remorse returns (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size/color): customer pays return shipping.
  • HTA error/defect (damaged/incorrect/faulty): we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping once verified.

Refunds & processing time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected at our UK address: 3 Elmdon Rd, Acocks Green, Birmingham B27 6LJ, UK.
  • Typical processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive your return, plus your bank’s clearing time (which may add 3–7 business days).
  • For bundles or multi‑buy offers, returning part of an order may reduce or invalidate the original discount; refunds will be prorated accordingly.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout (standard $6.99) are non‑refundable unless we made an error or the product is defective.

Exchanges

  • Fastest method: place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
  • Or request a direct exchange in your RMA email; availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Lost or stolen packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item, contact us within 7 days. We can assist with a carrier claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund after the claim is resolved.
