This shipping policy explains everything you need to know about how and when we deliver our products across the United Kingdom.

Where We Deliver

    We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom .

    Order Processing Time

      We aim to process all orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
      Orders placed after 7:00 PM (UK time) will be handled the next working day.

      Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

      Order Cut-Off Time
      07 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
      Orders placed after 07 PM will be processed the following business day.
        Standard UK Delivery: Estimated to arrive within 5–7 working days after dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
        Please note: Rural or remote areas may experience slight delays.

        Occasionally, unexpected delays (e.g. severe weather, postal strikes, or peak-season congestion) may affect delivery. If that happens, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

        Delivery Charges

          Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery address.

          We regularly review our shipping fees to ensure they remain fair and competitive for our UK customers.

          Tracking Your Order

            As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel in real time via our trusted courier partners.

            Missed Deliveries

              If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted:

              Our courier will either leave a card with next steps or attempt redelivery.

              In some cases, the parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’ve authorised it.

              After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the item may be returned to us. In such cases, redelivery will incur an additional shipping fee.

              Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

                We take quality control seriously, but in the rare event something isn’t right, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order.

                Contact us at support@htagiftsltd.com with your order number and clear photos (if applicable), and we’ll resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

                Special Delivery Requests

                  Need something delivered on a certain day? Want us to leave your parcel in a specific location or add a gift note?

                  You can:

                  Include your request in the ‘Order Notes’ at checkout, or

                  Email us at support@htagiftsltd.com right after placing your order

                  We’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
