Currency & charges

• All prices and charges are shown and collected in USD.
• Shipping: flat rate $6.99 per order (U.S. only).
• Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Accepted payment methods (PayPal only)

• PayPal account (PayPal Checkout).
• Debit/credit cards processed by PayPal (availability may vary by card issuer; you may be able to pay as a PayPal guest without creating a PayPal account).

We do not accept direct on-site card payments or other wallets at this time.

Authorization, verification & fraud screening

• Payments are authorized and processed by PayPal. Orders may be subject to PayPal’s verification and risk checks. We may contact you for additional information if flagged. If we cannot verify an order, it may be cancelled and refunded.

Billing, changes & cancellations

• Ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate.
• To request a change or cancellation, contact support@htagiftsltd.com as soon as possible. We cannot modify orders that have already shipped.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original PayPal funding source in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Processing times depend on PayPal and your card issuer.
• Any disputes initiated via PayPal will be handled under PayPal’s Buyer Protection policies, in addition to your statutory rights.
